Arena Permit 2023 Instructions.pdfALL RIDERS: Parents or 4H members need to complete the Arena Permit online. We will keep a copy of approved permits in the cabinet in the barn.
Parents: If you want to ride at the fairgrounds you will simply complete the same form for a 2nd time as what your child does and just fill out your information in the "Rider" areas.
Mini Liability 2023.pdf2023 Mini 4-H Liability Release
ALL Pre-4Hers: This form must be completed before your child handles an animal at any 4H meeting. If your child will be showing any livestock in any barn during fair this needs filled out.
2023 Vaccination Form.pdfALL 4Hers: This form must be completed IN FULL and uploaded by May 15th. If your animal is not enrolled with vaccination forms completed they will be unable to show.
