UPDATES!

5/8/2023 

Hello everyone! 

We're going to go ahead and cancel tonight's meeting.  There is just too much of a risk with the weather popping up and it's all supposed to start again at 7. 

Erica will make it up and work multiple English disciplines at the same time on the extra meeting on Thursday, May 18th. 

Pre-4H kiddos we will work out a makeup meeting and let you all know when that will be.   

That being said ENROLLMENT IS DUE BY MAY 15TH.   Kaylee and I will be at the Jasper Public Library Study Room 136 tonight from 5:30-6:30 and will be available to help with animal enrollment and vaccination/lease forms uploading.  Even if you don't come tonight for help please take the opportunity to work on your animal enrollment and vaccination uploads.   There is absolutely no way we can have exceptions made after the deadline since it is a Purdue policy not a county or club policy.  

Hopefully weather cooperates next week!

As of now the meeting IS ON for tonight.  You can again park anywhere you'd like as long as you pick up after your animals and trucks and trailers can get around you.  

If you're a first year wanting to take an obedience test and can be mounted and ready by 6:00-6:15 that would be great.  If not 6:30 is totally fine. 

Tonight is Western Pleasure and Gaited Western Pleasure.  Anyone is welcome to ride even if you aren't sure you'll be showing those classes.  Time in the saddle is always well spent. 

REMINDER: Riding in the new arena is fine if its dry enough.  HOWEVER, DO NOT RUN hard right now.  Its deep and wet in places and still settling with all this rain we've had and hasn't been worked in months.   Also, if we ask you to slow down more than once and respect the other kids in the arena during a meeting and you fail to do so you will be asked to dismount and leave the arena for the rest of the meeting.
